It's based in the middle of the city and just a walking distance from Wat si Supan. The service is excellent, includes small parking.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the vibrant Saturday night market. It's just a short walk from Old Town and easy to get to and from via public transportation. The hotel itself is nice and relaxing, with very good places to sit back and relax. The rooms are quite clairaudient, but they do come with amenities such as shampoo, body gel, toothbrush, disposable slippers, and a few other things. The breakfast is extremely varied, with options like cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, chicken. And the price is good enough for what you get.
All was absolutely fine.

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk from Chiang Mai Gate and with easy access to the inner city. Guests have mentioned that the room was not affected by street noise, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff at the hotel are praised for their helpful and friendly service, and they go above and beyond to assist guests with arranging trips and giving recommendations. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, with free access to cold bottled water.
One negative aspect is that the rooms are not soundproof, and noise from other guests can be disruptive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to freshen up and enjoy breakfast before checking in. The room was excellent, always smelling fresh, and the breakfast spread was fabulous. I loved the strategic location, with the Saturday night market just steps away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

We stayed at Iwualai for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The staff, especially Nice, Paeu, and Bowie, were so attentive and made us feel like part of the family. The rooms were clean and modern, and the little pool was great. The breakfast was fantastic and they even had free coffee and water available all day. The location was ideal, with a short walk or baht bus ride to the main area. The Saturday walking street market right outside the hotel was a highlight. We can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. We can't wait to come back!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Spent the New Year weekend at a hotel in Chiang Mai. Loved the free breakfast and the convenient location near the night market. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was great. , the room was spacious and had a comfy bed, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.
The shower was not up to par, as the drain was clogged and the water had a hard time draining. the pool area was shaded in the afternoon, which was a bummer since we were hoping to relax poolside with some drinks.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Chiang Mai. The prices were reasonable and it offered great value for money. The attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities provided and rooms that were clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was also excellent, tucked away from noise yet near a popular area called Wualai, which was within walking distance to the city walls of Chiang Mai.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could have been improved.
